Sanyo has announced a new PLC-XW60 projector. The manufacturer claims that the latest projector is the smallest and lightest XGA LCD projector.The projector weighs just 3.6 pounds and measures 10.4-inches x 2.176-inches x 7.40-inches (H x W x D).
Sanyo’s XW60 projector uses lighter optical components that reduce the lamp size by 39% and a new reflector design for a 44% lighter lens.
The new projector is capable enough to throw an image of 100-inch from 9-11 feet away.
Besides, it features a brightness of 2000 lumens and resolution of 1024×768 with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
The PLC- XW60 projector is equipped with a built-in 1watt mono speaker. Component and composite inputs are also included with the projector.
Sanyo plans to ship the PLC-XW60 projector in the US market in April at the price of $795.
