First in New Line of Digitally Controlled, Self-Amplified Loudspeakers
SALAGAR Sonics is announcing a new pair of self-powered speakers today for the premium audio loving market. The speakers are called the S210 and are available now. SALAGAR looks to ensure what they call Drop Dead Sound for its buyers.
To achieve this SALAGAR uses their X_ACT active digital crossover/controller with four selectable programs to optimize the sound according to input and room setting. "We incorporated SALAGAR X-ACT technology into the Symphony S210 to compensate for the natural spikes that arise from mid-bass cone resonances and other effects coming from transducer-cabinet integration," said Gary DiChiara, SALAGAR vice president and co-founder.
The system is compatible with iPod players when combined with the optional SALAGAR BL-1 interface, which avoids loss of audio clarity. The Symphony S210 is a high-end speaker system and carries a price to prove it; you can get your pair now for $7999.
